This was a new build site with H Peel responsible for the fit out of the Marks & Spencer, WH Smiths, BP Forecourt, AGC – Adult Games Centre and external works.

Works included Partitions, Suspended Ceilings, Bespoke Joinery, Wall Cladding, Retail Display Units, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Ventilation and Fire Protection, Flooring and Decoration.
