Refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing service station including extending and complete refurbishment of the toilet and shower areas, refurbishment of communal areas, refurbishment and reconfiguration of WH Smith, M&S, creating new retail units for Greggs, KFC, Pret A Manger & Costa.

In addition, we completed essential external works.  The whole site remained live whilst the project was delivered with all existing units remaining open throughout the project.
